Cholesterol management
Cholesterol is a natural chemical construction block that helps the body produce hormones, digestive acids, cell membranes and other tissues. Although our bodies require cholesterol to function, too much cholesterol leaves fatty deposits on the veins and arteries, increasing the risk of a heart attack significantly.

Hypercholesterolemia (high cholesterol) is a disease with no apparent symptoms -
no one with high cholesterol feels sick!

According to the American Heart Association, more than 105 million adults in the United States alone have elevated cholesterol, and if the ATP III treatment guidelines are applied, approximately 37 million qualify for drug therapy.*

This means there are 67 million people who may be aware and concerned about their cholesterol levels, but do not yet qualify for drug therapy. They may be changing their diets, getting regular exercise, and in some cases turning to natural therapies to help manage their cholesterol levels. For these people, HEP-40 is truly an excellent option.
